Status

A formal Right of Withdrawal notice (Widerrufsbelehrung) under §§ 312g, 356 BGB is being prepared.

Under German distance sales law, consumers may have a right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. For this free beta service, the applicability of the right of withdrawal is subject to legal review — specifically whether a free service constitutes a contract under § 312 BGB where personal data is the consideration.

This page will be updated with a complete Widerrufsbelehrung before the beta opens to users. The signup flow will present the withdrawal notice and offer the option to waive the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356(5) BGB, where applicable.
